Job Title: Senior Copywriter

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced copywriter with a passion for creating engaging content that drives conversions and retention rates in various markets. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality copy that resonates with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling email campaigns that improve click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates.
  • Develop campaign ideas for website promotions aligned to each market's sensibilities.
  • Social media campaign ideation to engage, acquire, and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with art, business teams, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive and effective customer relationship management (CRM) journey.
  • Initiate and take charge of brand-building initiatives, including direct mailers, unique offline marketing materials, and more.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the creative strategy of ongoing campaigns for maximum business impact.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in creating organic & paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a penchant for enthralling and engaging the audience.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices & conversion rate optimization processes.
  • Adept at writing in a variety of styles, from casual conversational to formal, to cater to B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a focus on results and return on investment (ROI).
  • Familiarity with various markets, including cultural and linguistic differences.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in English literature, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
