Senior Requirements Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Requirements Analyst to be the primary author of business and functional requirements that drive our product roadmap. This is a full-time remote role, requiring a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments. Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs is essential. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and define business requirements
  • Analyze business processes
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
  • Oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development
  • Able to commit exclusively to Codeless ONE and comply with all confidentiality and IP protection policies
