Dynamics 365 Retail Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, you will design and implement solutions for clients worldwide. Your technical expertise in POS, MPOS, and CPOS modules, as well as your knowledge of Tokenization, Payment Integrations, and Refund processes, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

About the Role:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for point-of-sale systems, mobile point-of-sale, and central point-of-sale modules.
  • Design and implement secure payment solutions, including tokenization and payment integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to ensure seamless integration of retail solutions with client systems and third-party applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.
  • Strong technical expertise in POS, MPOS, and CPOS modules, as well as Tokenization and Payment Integrations.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of functional workflows and technical configurations within MS D365 Retail.
