We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Expert to spearhead delivery excellence and presales engagements for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client needs, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in process areas such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
  • Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor project teams, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions (Fiori, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM) to enhance client outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
  • Experience in distributed/global teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

  • Prior Big 4 consulting experience in India-based projects.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country SAP programs.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules/S/4HANA.
