SAP S/4HANA Pre-Sales Solution Architect Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of SAP S/4HANA Pre-Sales Solution Architect.

About the Role:

As an SAP S/4HANA Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This includes understanding business requirements, designing scalable and flexible solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.

  • You will have at least 18+ years of experience in the SAP domain, with a deep focus on SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Proven experience in SAP Pre-sales, solution architecture, and client engagement for large-scale SAP programs is required.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules and architecture, including implementation, migration, and optimization, is essential.
  • A strong background in SAP business processes across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.) is necessary.
  • You will lead technical discussions and presentations with prospects to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Collaboration with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling solution proposals and value propositions for clients is crucial.
  • You will design and architect scalable, flexible, and future-proof S/4HANA solutions and should be able to develop the content/technical proposal accordingly.
  • Driving the S/4HANA solution roadmap for customers, guiding them on the best practices for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions is key.
  • Providing thought leadership and insights on emerging trends in SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation is vital.
  • Leading workshops and demos for the clients and internal stakeholders to showcase S/4HANA capabilities is necessary.
  • Working closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless handover of the solution design for the implementation is essential.
  • Preparing high-quality technical documentation, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture diagrams, and presentations is required.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA implementation and familiarity with S/4HANA Implementation/Migration tools will be a plus.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP innovations, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance the solution design process is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from business leaders to technical teams, is crucial.
