Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting across various business units.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing close estimate templates and participating in monthly close review calls
  • Performing deviation analysis and preparing monthly and quarterly close summaries
  • Developing and managing cost and financial controls in accordance with company policies
  • Driving efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Forecasting and monitoring main contracts' financial performances and their variances
  • Reviewing and verifying capital equipment, spares, raw material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventories for month/quarter/year-end reporting
  • Ensuring effective and timely closure of cost accounting and their key attributes
  • Managing and preparing key reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Driving digitalization initiatives/ideas leading to smarter reporting, process, and productivity improvement
  • Leading special projects from time to time
  • Financial assessment and calculation on ROI and Pay Back period for capital investments
  • Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance with strong skills and dynamism
  • A certified qualification such as Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or ICWA fully complete or MBA in Finance from A school or B Universities
  • Prior relevant experience in manufacturing sector is mandatory
  • Early joiners are highly preferred
  • Good analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Excel, presentation skills

While not mandatory, we welcome candidates with:

  • Past proven experience in finance, preferably in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • IT-minded (BI Systems) finance analyses, controlling, and notably P&L, analytic accounting
  • Reliability and accuracy
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Good English communications skills
  • Understanding of occidental mindset and reasoning
  • Dynamism and autonomy
  • Ability to put across views with conviction, ability to take a stand
