We are seeking a quality assurance expert to drive testing strategies and team leadership.

About the Role:

  • A high level of automation expertise with test tools like Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.\
  • Proficiency in programming languages for test development (Java, Python, or JavaScript).\
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.\
  • Strong understanding of test architecture including API, UI, and load/performance testing.\
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites.\
  • Manual testing skills with experience in methodologies and defect lifecycle management.\
  • Skilled in tracking and managing defects using Zephyr, Xray, or similar platforms.\
  • Ability to perform comprehensive test planning and reporting.\
  • Comfortable conducting risk-based testing and prioritizing test efforts.\
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.\
  • Proven capability to define QA KPIs and implement metric-driven reporting.\
  • Expertise in release planning and coordinating test activities.\
  • Skilled in allocating testing resources effectively.\
  • Strong leadership qualities with ability to build and mentor QA teams.\
  • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.\
  • Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder management.\
  • Passionate about upskilling junior QA engineers.\
