Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our digital solutions group, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance tests to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing performance test scripts using LoadRunner or Neo Load. You will also be responsible for conducting meetings with business teams to identify scope and requirements, as well as communicating regularly with development team managers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare Non-Functional Requirement Documents and develop performance test strategies. Your expertise in load testing tools like LoadRunner and Neo Load will be essential in assessing test readiness and designing workload models.

In this role, you will also analyze performance test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to development and business teams. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical information will be valuable assets in securing approvals and driving project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Proficiency in LoadRunner or Neo Load.
  • Strong understanding of business and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
