Role Description:

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

As a pioneering force in the field of Generative AI, we seek a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models. With a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for innovation, this individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions that drive business growth and enhance product capabilities.

  • Design and develop robust ML pipelines using large language models (LLMs) and retrieval architectures.
  • Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms to improve model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and integrate AI solutions into production systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NLP, machine learning workflows, and software development principles. Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain is highly desirable.
