Senior Visa Processor

As a visa officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless visa processing for all countries. Your responsibility will be to scrutinize documents meticulously to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
- Client handling and explaining documentation regarding the visa process will be your top priority.
- You will prepare cases for visa submission and update clients on their application status via regular communication.
Additionally, you will provide day-to-day updates to clients via email or telephone and resolve client queries efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Strong understanding of visa regulations and procedures is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to excel in this role.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure is essential.
