Job Summary

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate the migration process by ensuring that all scheduled migrations are completed without causing any disruptions to business operations.

  • Execute migration tasks as outlined in the Runbook steps, taking care to address any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related problems, and contribute to root cause analysis efforts.
  • Lead Premigration cutover and post-migration activities, identifying opportunities for automation where possible.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing migration execution and validation test results, as well as documenting lessons learned.
