About the Role:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on driving B2B traffic and lead acquisition.
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value B2B accounts.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research tailored to the B2B gaming, VR/XR, and technology sectors.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Track KPIs such as organic lead generation, website conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website architecture, content, and UX to meet SEO best practices for B2B audiences.
  • Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Collaborate with content writers and strategists to develop SEO-optimized, high-value content (blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, video snippets, case studies).
  • Ensure content aligns with ABM and B2B buyer journeys to engage decision-makers.
  • Work with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to personalize outreach.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ marketing professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, content-strategy, ABM, and multi-channel marketing, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ marketing professionals.
