We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate and document meetings, including scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
  • Technical understanding of web development, databases, and LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in project management principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
