Our organization seeks a skilled SAP Data Archival Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for server administration, divestment, software management, and reporting responsibilities.Responsibilities:
  • Server Administration:
    • Authorize or revoke access to file servers as needed.
    • Ensure the integrity of the Windows file server by monitoring its performance and troubleshooting any issues related to authorization.
  • Divestment:
    • Transfer archived data to buyers in a secure and efficient manner.
    • Document maintenance activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Software Management:
    • Install and maintain the Enterprise Scan application and its patches.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to the Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications.
  • SAP Data Archiving:
    • Activate and deactivate archive infrastructure (AIS) as required.
    • Perform catchup archiving and sweeper tasks to ensure the accuracy of existing archive objects.
  • Reporting Responsibility:
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide status updates and share knowledge.
    • Update work items in the ADO board and team OneNote.
  • Incident Management and Resolution:
    • Assess and handle incidents and tickets during Bangkok working hours.
    • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Requirements/Deliverables:
    • Deliver incident and problem management solutions within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Complete assigned user stories prioritized by the product owner.
    • Provide high-quality documentation using OneNote.
