Business Finance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and planning support to business units to drive financial performance and business outcomes.

This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.

The Business Finance Manager will lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.

They will analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable insights.

The Business Finance Manager will also track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.

They will develop and maintain dashboards and management reports.

The Business Finance Manager will identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

They will monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets.

The Business Finance Manager will prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.

They will conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
