Job Overview:

This high-impact role seeks a visionary leader to spearhead the integration of AI-driven engineering excellence and Quality Assurance leadership.

  • Lead the dual charter of AI-driven engineering and QA, integrating AI into Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve velocity and quality
  • Elevate engineering with software craftsmanship practices such as SOLID, Test-Driven Development/Behavior-Driven Development, pair programming, and vibe coding
  • Ensure consistent, reliable experiences across digital products through ownership of customer delight
  • Build and scale automation-first frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor engineers on AI-assisted collaboration and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and business teams for seamless releases
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product quality, developer productivity, and AI adoption; refine SDLC processes
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience inspiring teams and driving cultural change
  • Strong foundation in software craftsmanship and clean code practices
  • 5+ years in QA/engineering, 2+ years leading QA/engineering teams
  • Expertise with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows and DevOps (CI/CD integration)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to balance speed and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to mentor engineers and influence stakeholders
