About the role:

This Analyst position plays a vital part in our Global Financial Crimes Division.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President, Head of Compliance IM Data Management in the Issues Management Operations Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gaining insight into our financial crimes compliance framework, including the roles of Internal Audit and Compliance Testing.
  • Developing expertise in global Anti-Money Laundering regulatory regimes.
  • Enhancing subject matter knowledge regarding Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive implementation of end-to-end GFCD Issues Management processes and procedures.
  • Creating detailed process documentation for GFCD IM Data Management processes.
  • Working closely with regional IM Units as part of the IM Global Utility Management (GUM) team servicing issues management activities.
  • Supporting the Director, GFCD and Americas Compliance Issues Management in program development and execution.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Compliance, Risk Management or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hard.
  • Good work ethics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
