Audit and Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer due diligence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement KYC policies and procedures
  • Identify and report suspicious transactions and activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in AML/KYC or a related field
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
