PeopleSoft Administrator Role

About The Position

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 to 10 years of overall experience with deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, and People Tools.
  • A minimum of 2-3 People Tools Upgrade experience is required.
  • Responsibilities include design, installation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of fully functional PeopleSoft FMS and HCM applications on the latest People Tools versions.
  • Support project teams in troubleshooting server issues, space utilization, application performance, etc., that may occur as part of People Tools upgrades.
  • Perform all administrative tasks related to code migrations in PeopleSoft using STAT and other tools.
  • Provide documentation on new People Tools version features.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer handling and team leadership.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Recommended experience with Change Management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

As a Coordinator, you are expected to collaborate across IT teams and business teams effectively. Identify dependencies/road-blockers and align with stakeholders on workaround solutions when necessary. Escalate showstopper and critical activities with leadership whenever required.
