Resident Doctor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Professional to join our team as a Resident Doctor. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medicine and the ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Outpatient Services: Provide medical care to patients, including conducting consultations, examinations, and procedures as necessary.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Medicine Procurement: Ensure timely procurement of medicines, emergency drugs, and medical equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory Management: Regularly review and reconcile medicine stock, medical equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Supervision: Supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and first aid personnel to ensure adherence to protocols and standards.
• Training and Education: Provide regular training and education to medical staff on new procedures, medications, and best practices.
• Health Awareness Programs: Develop and implement health awareness programs, medical camps, blood donation camps, and other community outreach initiatives.
• Policies and Compliance: Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with SRM university guidelines.
