As a seasoned Production Planning expert, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our manufacturing processes. Your responsibility will be to develop and execute production plans that align with sales and manufacturing capacity.

  • Create detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and billable orders
  • Enhance process traceability and resolve ERP Infor related tickets efficiently
  • Provide comprehensive training on ERP systems to new users and support the implementation of new processes
  • Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate standards
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • 4-5 years of experience in production planning or Busduct ITC/Sandwich/Air Insulated
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems preferably SAP and Infor
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of BOM preparation and sub-con vendor coordination
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and IMS documentation
