About the role

As an Indirect Sourcing Analyst, you will be responsible for key stakeholder management in India and abroad, effective management of RFQ processes with knowledge of continuous process improvement and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expertise to one or more Supply Chain disciplines in implementations and process execution.
  • Working with internal teams to coordinate procurement and shipment of supplies.
  • Assisting in gathering information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices; providing inputs based on issues faced in day-to-day operations; executing approved initiatives under guidance of supervisor.
  • Resolving general queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhering to import, export, and excise regulations as per compliance.

Requirements

As a minimum, you must have:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in indirect sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience in working on spend data to drive actionable insights for spend data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders for completion of projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
