Job Overview

This role is part of a product team that focuses on enhancing customer experience and shopping experiences. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will develop solutions to optimize key customer metrics.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to recognize trends and patterns in data, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with program managers, software developers, research scientists, and product managers to analyze large datasets and drive improvements over time.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and establishing performance indicators to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights.
