Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality engineering team.

  • Evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies to ensure that quality processes and methodologies are effectively implemented throughout the application lifecycle.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional testing, Automation - selenium, Data Analysis, SQL, Integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be an SME in software quality assurance.
  • To manage the team to perform collaboratively.
  • To take decisions for the team.
  • To engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • To provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.

The candidate should have strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases is also required. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools is desired.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Functional testing, Automation - selenium, Data Analysis, SQL, Integration testing.
  • Must To Have Skills: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, Functional Test Planning.

This position is based at our office and requires a 15 years full time education.
