Financial Accountant Role

  • We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to take on a challenging position at our company.">
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial accounting and analysis, with experience in month-end close tasks and submission of borrowing compliance and ratio analysis.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with standard operating procedures and processes in place.">
  • They will also assist in the preparation of annual accounts and finalization of accounts of group companies and the consolidated accounts for the company in line with US GAAP.">
  • Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. End-to-end US F&A GL month close tasks">
  3. Submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis">
  4. Preparation of Balance sheet, Income Statement and Accruals movements">
  5. Guidance on monthly financial accounts preparation in line with SOPs and processes">
  6. Preparation of Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts of Group Companies and the Consolidated Accounts for the Company in line with US GAAP">
  7. Monthly consolidation of group companies">
  8. Assistance in year-end books preparation for audit purposes and liaison with auditors for interim and final audits">
  9. Implementation of suitable internal control systems in the department">
  10. Information provision to top management on a monthly and need basis">
  11. Cash flow analysis maintenance as required">
  12. Analysis of monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows">
  13. Operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for relevant entities">
  14. Bank account reconciliation and assigned general ledger accounts">

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in different ratios, US GAAP, FCCS/EPM, Power BI, MS office">

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably Big 4">
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting">
  • Work experience in staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory">
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and organizational skills">
  • Collaboration skill internally/externally">
