Financial Services Leader

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our wealth management operations.

  1. The ideal candidate will develop and implement solutions tailored to client needs, driving growth through effective relationship-building.
  2. A key responsibility will be to maintain timely communication with leads and investors, leveraging broadcast updates and market news to foster engagement.
  3. This role requires a proactive approach to expanding the client base, leveraging referrals from existing clients and cultivating AUM growth.
  4. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to initiate regular portfolio reviews for existing investors.
  5. Another crucial aspect is up-selling and cross-selling financial products to current investors, ensuring they remain informed about primary and secondary market trends.
  6. The successful candidate will also share regular updates on investment schemes and research papers with clients.
  7. Additionally, this position entails coordinating marketing efforts with the regional marketing team and product team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong logical and numerical abilities, combined with emotional stability under pressure.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of relevant certifications is a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to various wealth instruments, including Insurance, FD, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  • A proven track record of AUM generation and a minimum AUM size of 30 cr.
