Procurement Operations Specialist

Ensure seamless delivery and integrity of SAP Ariba solutions by overseeing processes, resources, and technologies to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from development through implementation across organizations.
  • Maintain compliance with software configuration management standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops to consolidate business needs and manage operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle-time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and contribute to business-impacting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba Contract Management, Sourcing, SPM, SLP, Commerce Automation, and CIG configurations.
  • Strong programming skills, with the ability to read and code-review complex code written by others.
  • Functional knowledge of Ariba solution and understanding of how they interact with other third-party systems and fit together.
