Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Purchase Orders within the SAP environment.

  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials
  • Match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries
  • Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the SAP MM module and strong knowledge of supply chain or store operations.

">Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

  • Executing GI transactions in SAP
  • Ensuring correct material movement type usage
  • Maintaining accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels
  • Creating and managing PRs in SAP based on departmental requirements
  • Tracking PR status and ensuring timely conversion to PO
  • Creating, modifying, and tracking purchase orders in SAP
  • Coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery
  • Monitoring open POs and following up for order closures or changes
  • Generating reports on GRN, GI, and PO status
  • Maintaining documentation for audits and compliance
  • Ordering & maintaining minimum & Maximum inventory management

The right candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills and be proficient in SAP MM module. They should also have a strong understanding of inventory and material movements, attention to detail, and high level of data accuracy.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
  • Understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation
