Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance teams and drive value creation and growth opportunities.

  • Financial Management & Control: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accuracy. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes. Implement budget control mechanisms across the firm and portfolio companies. Consolidate financial data for accurate, compliant, and transparent reporting. Identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Strategic Finance & Business Partnering: Review and validate financial reporting of ElevenX Capital and portfolio companies. Provide diligence and oversight during investments, fundraising, and exits. Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation and performance optimization. Drive financial strategies aligned with growth and scaling goals.
  • Negotiations & Contract Oversight: Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees. Manage financial/legal negotiations to secure optimal outcomes. Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.
  • Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive company-wide and employee-level performance management linked to financial outcomes. Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance and cost efficiency. Build dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance. Serve as primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel.
  • Team Leadership & Oversight: Lead finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Establish strong internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks. Ensure all finance team outputs and portfolio company reports are reviewed, validated, and optimized.

Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Strong track record in FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization. Hands-on experience in contract negotiations and performance management. Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks. Proven ability in performance management at organizational and employee levels. Professional qualifications like CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance strongly preferred.
