Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack AI Development Lead to design and deliver scalable, innovative AI-powered applications. This role combines cutting-edge Fullstack development with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning (ML).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered solutions.
  • Build and integrate LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using Python programming language.
  • Create modern, interactive User Interfaces (UIs) with React.js / Next.js frameworks.
  • Work with relational databases, NoSQL databases, vector databases, and asynchronous processing technologies.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms using Docker/Kubernetes and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Apply ML techniques for structured data analysis.
  • Mentor team members, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Fullstack Development and AI/ML.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents).
  • Solid foundation in traditional Machine Learning.
  • Experience in cloud computing, CI/CD, and containerization.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
