Job Title:

Large Scale Project Executive

About the Role:

  • Taking ownership of producing relevant management information at regular intervals.
  • Coordinating between cost, time, and quality aspects of projects.
  • Responsible for setting baselines, scheduling, planning, and reporting skills in large-scale construction projects.
  • Contract familiarization and technical field skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and implement project plans to meet business needs.
  3. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  4. Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 25 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, contract administration, architecture, design, and quality assurance.
