Workflow Expertise in SKU Creation and FMCG

Seeking a skilled Workflow Specialist with expertise in SKU creation workflows, product data processes and FMCG domain knowledge. This role requires strong workflow development, integration experience, ServiceNow design skills and FMCG domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and integrate workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Ensure workflow solutions meet performance, scalability and compliance standards.
  • Conduct workshops, training and demos for business teams to enhance workflow adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into workflow solutions and lead the lifecycle of workflows from design to support.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design, FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management) and Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP platforms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth workflow implementation and maintenance.
