Job Title:

A Java Core Backend Developer position has become available, focusing on building scalable backend systems in a Microservices architecture.

This opportunity requires strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Microservices. Ideal candidates should have 5 years of experience with Core Java, 5 years with Microservices Development, and be proficient in RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, JSON APIs, and MongoDB.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can brainstorm solutions, design, and develop backend functionalities. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BRAINstorm, architect, design, and develop backend functionalities in a Microservices architecture.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Core Java.
  • Work with RabbitMQ/Kafka, JSON APIs, and MongoDB to design scalable and distributed systems.
  • Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and release management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions and whiteboard architectures before implementation.
  • Provide production issue verification and support when required.
  • Ensure commitment to deliverables, ownership, and accountability in all projects.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Core Java (All Versions) Minimum 5 Years
  • Microservices Development 5 Years
  • RabbitMQ 5 Years (Intermediate)
  • Apache Kafka 4 Years (Advanced)
  • JSON APIs 4 Years (Advanced)
  • MongoDB 4 Years (Advanced)
Good to Have (Value Add Skills):
  • Experience in E-commerce/Commerce platforms.
  • Exposure to Python, R, Big Data, and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Geo-distributed databases and experience working on Geo-based projects.
  • Familiarity with release processes, development processes, and maintenance cycles.
  • Prior startup exposure and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
