UX/UI Designer Role

This is a hands-on, growth-focused position for a UX/UI Designer who wants to make a real difference in AI-driven tools.

You'll work on complex interaction models, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability—ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
