We are looking for a skilled NASCAR Editor to join our editorial team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and excellent editing skills. They will be responsible for researching, verifying facts, and enhancing the quality of content before it goes live on our website.

This role requires strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Edit and publish 20-25 articles daily.
  • Proofread articles for grammatical errors and plagiarism.
  • Research to ensure accuracy of facts and identify incorrect claims.
  • Publish articles in a timely fashion for priority news-based articles.
  • Mentor and guide writers to refine their quality, output, and performance.

  • You have a good grasp of English language fundamentals and American culture.
  • You're quick with fact-checking and enhancing editorial quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in proofreading and/or content editing
  • Prior experience leading a team of writers is a plus
