Job Description

This is a remote internship role for a WordPress Developer Intern.

The intern will assist in both front-end and back-end web development tasks, including designing and developing responsive web designs, implementing web development projects, and supporting the team in achieving overall project goals.

The intern will gain hands-on experience with web technologies and work in a collaborative environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • WordPress Development: Strong knowledge of WordPress (core, themes, plugins, hooks, filters, REST API)
  • Front-End Development: Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Back-End Development: Familiarity with PHP, MySQL database management
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Experience in payment gateway integration and SMTP configuration
  • API Integrations: Understanding of API integrations and webhooks
  • Responsive Web Design: Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
  • SEO Optimization: Basic understanding of SEO optimization and website security best practices
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Communication: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
