Job Overview:

The Contract Administrator role is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing the contracting process from start to finish.

This role involves creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using standardized templates and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Additionally, they will demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The Contract Administrator will be part of a multi-cultural team covering multiple countries and lines of business, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other groups across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

Responsibilities:
  1. Creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates.
  2. Liaising with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
  3. Facilitating and coordinating discussions amongst Sales and multiple functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms.

The Contract Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our contracting processes and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in this field.
