Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to develop and execute strategies for building, nurturing, and growing high-value networks of CIOs and technology decision-makers across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering meaningful conversations, and making every CIO feel seen, heard, and respected.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing. They must possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to craft warm, smart, and human copy. Experience with email tools, newsletter publishing, and WhatsApp groups is also essential.

This role requires a relationship-first mindset, with a genuine desire to build trust over time. The successful candidate will be able to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage curated WhatsApp groups of CIOs segmented by region, vertical, or interest
  • Initiate thoughtful daily/weekly conversations, questions, and polls to keep engagement high
  • Organize offline and online meetups, Ask-Me-Anythings (AMAs), or panel discussions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience with email tools, newsletter publishing, and WhatsApp groups
  • Relationship-first mindset and ability to build trust over time
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teams
