ERP Process Manager

The ERP Process Manager will oversee the effective management of technology risk activities in ERP for manufacturing processes. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

  • Developing policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Managing user access privileges and passwords.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes.
  • Taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing processes.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.
  • Configuring critical fields and validating master data for manufacturing processes.
  • Integrating ERP with government portal APIs.
  • Customizing legal document output forms.
  • Identifying high, medium, and low priority user issues.
  • Developing MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
  • Assessing user issues and coordinating service provider involvement when necessary.
  • Ensuring security configurations to prevent backdated transactions and unauthorized user access.
  • Monitoring system implementation, support, and analysis.
  • Coordinating with plant IT teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Building and managing a stable team with successful leadership.
  • Maintaining employee morale and motivation.

Key qualifications include a graduate degree in a technical field (BE/BCA) or master's degree (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with at least 5 years of experience in PERP modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal).

Required technical skills include SQL, Excel Pivot, and knowledge of tables and fields for accessing transactional data and master data. Functional modules such as Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Export, Finance, and HR Payroll and Personal require business process knowledge.

Preferred skills include customer orientation, analytical problem-solving, action-oriented thinking, continuous learning, and oral communication skills.
