Design Lead Position

Key Responsibilities
  • To create visually appealing mood boards and presentations that capture the essence of our designs.
  • To work closely with vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • To maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To develop detailed 2D layouts and drawings that meet client requirements.
  • To produce high-quality 3D renders for client presentations.
  • To coordinate site updates and progress reports with contractors.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, along with 0-3 years of experience. Essential skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, an aesthetic sense for material selection, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
