Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our workplace interiors projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior designers and design staff to identify solutions for complex design challenges and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate engineering and MEP consultant work to ensure compliance with design requirements and timely submission of documents.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information and quotations, providing clear and concise answers.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute detailed drawings for tender, drawing detailing, and construction documentation.
  • Oversee all CD production and review processes for smaller projects, maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain a master log of project submittals, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Verify that designs comply with relevant building codes and standards, providing guidance to other designers on incorporating these restrictions into their work.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated professional who is driven by delivering high-quality projects with minimal conflict or revisions. You will have a passion for mentoring junior staff, sharing your expertise on technical coordination aspects of a project.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a Workplace Design and/or Architecture firm in a similar capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred but not necessary).
  • Experience with the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  • A portfolio showcasing technically complex corporate designs.
  • The ability to generate concepts quickly and effectively for workplace environments using advanced skills in a variety of software tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, enabling you to successfully lead project teams through project delivery: design details, construction documents, construction administration, and site lead.
  • Excellent architectural design and planning skills.
