- Role Overview:
- Brief Summary (50 words):
The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships in Cyber Security solutions & services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Cyber Security solutions & services (e.g., VAPT, SOC, GRC, Cyber Insurance, Data Privacy, Compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Managers, and other decision-makers across industries.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle – prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, solution mapping, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present customised security solutions to clients.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, compliance requirements, and market trends to position our offerings effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client workshops.
- Build and mentor a sales team (if applicable) to scale business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience with at least 5 years in Cyber Security or IT Security domain.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Compliance frameworks, Cloud Security, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Established network of senior-level contacts in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value propositions.
- Experience in working with channel partners, OEMs, and technology alliances is a plus.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing/IT (preferred).
