  • Design and develop wiring harnesses for electric two-wheelers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wiring harnesses into the overall EV design, ensuring proper placement and routing.">
  • Create and manage detailed wiring harness specifications, electrical diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.">
  • Oversee the prototyping, validation, and testing of wiring harnesses in prototype vehicles, ensuring electrical systems are tested for functionality, reliability, and safety under various operating conditions.">

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Wiring Harness Design Engineer who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.">
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in wiring harness design, with at least 3 years working in electric vehicle or automotive design.">
  • Proven experience with the design and development of electrical systems and wiring harnesses for 2W/3W/4W, ideally in electric vehicles.">
  • Expertise in wiring harness design and CAD tools (e.g., Capital XC, Zuken, SolidWorks or CREO, etc)">
  • Strong knowledge of electrical components, connectors, and vehicle power distribution systems.">
  • Understanding of industry standards for electrical design (ISO 26262, UL, etc.).">
