Description:

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Design DFT professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing hardware Memory BIST features that support ATE, in-system test, debug, and diagnostics needs of memories in design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop hardware memory BIST solutions that meet the requirements of ATE, in-system test, debug, and diagnostics for memories in design.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, design verification, and backend groups to ensure seamless integration and validation of test logic throughout all phases of the design and backend implementation flow.
  • Design and debug test logic with minimal supervision.
  • Provide high-quality patterns to the test team and support silicon bring-up and yield improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cutting-edge trends in Memory testing and silicon engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in JTAG & IJTAG protocols, MBIST, and scan architectures is required.
  • Proficiency in System Verilog, LEC, and validating test timing of the design is necessary.
  • Experience working with gate-level simulations and debugging with VCS and other simulators is expected.
  • Understanding of testbench in System Verilog, UVM/VMM is preferred.
  • Post-silicon validation and debug experience, ability to work with ATE patterns is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are required.
  • Scripting skills: Python/Perl are beneficial.
