Scientific SME

We are seeking a Scientific Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Business Development Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business proposals, managing proposal development timelines, identifying opportunities and risks, and ensuring the preparation of quality assumption tables.

This role requires regular travel, approximately 5-10% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

• Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and assist with change orders and revisions to proposals and contracts.
• Represent the organization at conferences and meetings, presenting capabilities and assisting with proposal development, bid defenses, and other business development activities.
• Develop business proposals that align with study protocols and integrate scientific best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and 21CFR Part 11.

• Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and 21CFR Part 11.
