Manufacturing Expert Job Description

Develop high-quality value-adding solutions for clients in the manufacturing sector by utilizing expertise in MES SCADA and IoT. As a key player, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects helping clients optimize their operations and achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics of customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client satisfaction.
  • Develop proposals by owning parts of the document and giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
  • Plan configuration activities, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Conduct solution product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizational financial guidelines.
  • Lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Primary skills: Industrial IOT Embedded Software MES.
  • Desirables: Domain IOT ALL.
  • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain.
  • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
  • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with collaboration ability.
  • Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
  • One or two industry domain knowledge.
  • Client Interfacing skills.
  • Project and Team management.
