Job Title: Sr. Motion Graphics Designer

This role involves working as part of a design team to produce visually appealing and engaging animations for clients. The successful candidate will have experience in creating graphics and animations that meet client briefs.

About the Role:

The Sr. Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for developing conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns, working closely with the Head of Design Digital/Team Leader on all design solutions.

  • Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for clients that work in a fully integrated manner, both online and offline if required.
  • Ensure client's Flash video and/or creative reaches the client within the time frame set by the client.
  • Carry out in-depth research about the client's brand and competitor brands, including previous videos created by the existing brand and competitor brands.
  • Gather information and data through research and think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and understand what is happening internationally.

The ideal candidate will be able to brainstorm with the Sr. Creative Producer & ATL/Team Leader to understand what the video should look like. They will then illustrate the concept by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics design skills.
  • Experience in creating animations and graphics that meet client briefs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
