Job Opportunity: Costing and Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume responsibility for managing the financial aspects of our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
  2. Compliance: Maintain adherence to accounting standards and company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Cost Management: Oversee plant expenditures to optimize cost efficiency and minimize waste.
  4. Analytics: Conduct thorough analysis of cost structures and identify areas for potential cost reduction.
  5. Implementation: Implement cost control measures and track performance against established targets.
  6. Inventory Management: Manage material procurement, review production orders, and prepare variance reports by price and volume.
  7. Audit Compliance: Ensure that all audit requirements are met, and company policies are strictly adhered to.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ICWA qualified or semi-qualified / CMA semi-qualified certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in costing and plant accounting.
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills.
  • Proven team handling experience.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
