Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Mysore

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days

ICCS is seeking a highly skilled Admin Executive to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a background in BPO and technical qualifications such as BE/B-Tech in Electrical or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facility management, vendor management, general administration, and petty cash management. Additionally, they will have knowledge of electrical panels, UPS systems, and DG systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility operations, including maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Oversee general administration tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • BPO background with technical qualifications
  • Knowledge of facility management, vendor management, and general administration
  • Experience with electrical panels, UPS systems, and DG systems
