About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data models for customer-level analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface directly with customers to gather requirements and design tailored data solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient solution delivery.
  • Produce technical specification documents for data implementation.
  • Design and structure data models for analytics and reporting.
  • Implement customer ID mapping strategies for a unified customer view across data sources.
  • Automate data movement, cleansing, and transformation using scripting languages and tools.
  • Lead client calls and manage project deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data transformation and ETL processes for large, complex datasets.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling (Relational, Dimensional, Big Data).
  • Strong expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases and understanding of data warehouse concepts.
  • Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, PowerCenter).
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong familiarity with customer-centric datasets (CRM, Call Center, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
